  A few days ago my friend sent me a recipe for cauliflower wings.🌝🌿 I did not follow the recipe to the T.... which is probably why they don't look like the pinterest pictures. None the less... it was delicious. Can't complain 😄 For vegans, finding savory foods that are similar in comfort value to old meat-eater favorites like buffalo wings can be hard. I know this is one of the things that was a struggle for me originally. Experimenting with cauliflower.... tempeh.... tofu etc is necessary in combating the boring vegan food stereotype. Yea, we get it. There's a lot of quotations in the title. That's because as a Vegan, you've got to deal with a lot of fake shit, but honestly that's a metaphor for life isn't it?  Despite all the fake stuff..... this recipe is pretty delicious.
