Who We Are: 

Hi! I'm Zach :) 

I’ve been a bodybuilder for about 9 years. As a 13 year old, I would come home from school and watch cartoons or play video games for seemingly endless hours. My father, being a martial arts expert and general fitness guru, was tired of my lack of convictions. He began to discipline me in classic bodybuilding, and instructed my school principal to ensure I walked in the direction of my local YMCA everyday after school. At first, this lifestyle bored and aggravated me, aside from the benefits of showing my skinny abs to girls. Overtime however, the gym became my therapy and place of worship. Now 22, bringing the benefits of fitness and natural living into the lives of others is my passion.

 

Mission: 

I believe that with a mindset of passion and positivity, anything can be achieved. We don't have to settle for mediocre physical capability if we want to live in harmony with the Earth. We don't have to sacrifice our moral code in order to look like Goku. 

It's possible to have the best of both worlds. I believe that we create the reality in which we live. It's a reflection of us.

There’s a war going on. Outside, there's smog in the air and trash in the ocean. We’ve got miles on miles of dirty beef farms where animals are held in subhuman conditions, and killed prematurely for their meat. Sure it tastes good, but the bi-products are killing us. We sacrifice taste for the health of our physical bodies and the health of the planet.

Coaching Plans

My plans are built 100% by me. If you're working with me, you should be sure that your plan is being completely customized to your specific needs/desires. You'll be working with me directly EVERY WEEK(perhaps multiple times per week). During our initial calls, I'll be asking you questions to determine where you are now, what your ultimate goals are, and what we can do to get you on track to reach those goals. 

Coaching will encompass anything from nutrition, to workouts, to time management, to spirituality. Whatever it takes to reach your goals, we can do it. 

My guarantee is that if you follow my instruction exactly as it's laid out, you'll reach the goal you set. I'm going to show you how capable you are. You'll walk away from our program with a brand new state of being, and a belief that you can achieve anything that you plan, prepare, and execute on.

Q: Why do I have to qualify to work with you? 

A: My goal is to be a teacher with a 100% success rate. Obviously, now and then someone won't reach the goal they've set, and they'll be unhappy with me, though more-so themselves. This is inevitable, yet I strive to make it almost impossible. Part of how I do that is by screening people. Let's face it. In the world today, we have access to limitless information at our finger tips. You can watch hollywood actors being trained in the gym. You can see the exact exercises, set numbers, and other workout technicalities being implemented to forge their literally multi-million dollar bodies. So why doesn't everyone have a six-pack? Why isn't the subway jam packed with muscle bound hunks drinking protein shakes and busting through their work clothes? Because knowledge isn't power. Implementation is. You have a life. You have a schedule. You have a set of habits that dictates your daily routines, and it's very difficult to see how these practices of health and physical achievement are going to fit into your life as we know it. That's why working with a mentor is the difference between success and failure. I'm going to show you how to change your mindset in order to change your life. I'm going to walk your through feeling.... and BEING in the state of success, so you achieve the goals we've set for your 12 Week(maybe more, maybe less) program, and then consistently set and crush goals forever more. 

 

Q:How long does it take for my items to arrive?

A: Depends on the item, but pretty much everything takes about 2 weeks to arrive. Do not fear :) shipping is free!

Q: What is Bodybuilding?

A: There are many disciplines in the world of fitness. Bodybuilding is a discipline, but also an art. It has evolved from the Classic era of Schwarzenegger to the Gym Bruh era of Jeff Seid and Calum VonMonger. Now, vegan bodybuilding is on the rise!

Q: What is Veganism?

A: A lot of diets exist. Let's be real.... most of them seem sort of like fads. Eat 27 figs a day, along with a tall glass of pomegranate juice. Eat no starches, complex sugars, or other forms of carbohydrates. EAT ONLY MEAT 4 MAX GAINS!

I could add eat only plant-based foods to that, and you might think that it sounds like a fad too. I get it. The reality is that any thing that sounds reasonable to you is what has been normalized to you. Most of us have grown up with animal products incorporated into our diets. 

As technology has progressed, we've learned of the tremendous health benefits of eliminating animal products from our lives. The fitness community has seen these benefits first hand. 
Everyday, more and more athletes are going vegan. Faster muscle recovery, higher energy, and a lower risk of debilitating illness are just a few reasons to consider a vegan lifestyle.
