Trigger warning to all of my 9-5 Americans... A tall mug of coffee first thing in the morning is throwing your vibe off . I come as one of you... Have lived many years starting each day with a steaming 2 cups of delicious black brew straight to the BRAIN!!! . But this isn't the healthiest approach, and long term can lead to some pretty nasty consequences. . What should you do instead? Consider a smaller dose(say 1/2 - 1 cup) toward the middle of the day. This way, you have food in your body that will help you effectively...
Health isn't always determined by the macros that make up the food you're eating🥞.Someone who eats absolutely pristine nutrient quality food day in and day out 24/7 365 days a year might seem pretty healthy on the surface. I'm not a fan of absolutes either.... So sure, they could be the picture of health..There are other factors when it comes to diet other than just the quality of the food itself. Consider.....1. How strict is your conscience? If you're so stringent with what you're eating that you become fearful when you might've eaten something that doesn't fit within your perception...
