COFFEE! A lot... vs a little

Trigger warning to all of my 9-5 Americans... A tall mug of coffee first thing in the morning is throwing your vibe off☕😮

I come as one of you... Have lived many years starting each day with a steaming 2 cups of delicious black brew straight to the BRAIN!!!

But this isn't the healthiest approach, and long term can lead to some pretty nasty consequences.

What should you do instead? Consider a smaller dose(say 1/2 - 1 cup) toward the middle of the day. This way, you have food in your body that will help you effectively digest the coffee rather than suffer it's acidic/excessively drying effects.
.
You also won't experience a crash because of the shift in energy patterns during the day.
.
It could be tough to break the habit of drinking coffee first thing in the morning, but the long term benefits of increased energy and overall health are 100% worthwhile🏃‍♂️
